Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to register a company in China?
Company Basic takes 4–6 weeks to the business licence. Company Bank and Company Trade, which add a bank account and trade rights, take 2–3 months.
Is accounting required if the company has no operations?
Yes. A company in China files returns even without activity. Company Basic includes basic reporting for 12 months, and after that basic accounting starts from $120 / month.
Do I have to visit China to open a bank account?
The director usually needs to visit the bank in person. We prepare the documents and the bank visit. If a bank refuses, we apply to a second and third bank at no extra charge.
What if my business grows?
You can move to the CHINA structure without changing partner, with the cost of your package credited.
