Transparency
Our income is only what the contract states
Four commitments that set EAY apart from “free” agents and intermediaries.
No kickbacks from factories
EAY receives no payment from factories. Under PRC law, hidden intermediary commissions have counted as commercial bribery since 15 October 2025.
Commission on FOB, no surprises
The commission is calculated on the FOB value of the goods, excluding freight, insurance and samples. If you pay yourself, there is no commission.
You are the buyer, not an intermediary
The supply contract is between you and the factory. You see the real manufacturer and its prices, and you can return defective goods under the contract.
Quality before payment
The supplier is paid only after the inspection and loading control are passed. You receive a report with photos in 24–48 hours, and the decision is yours.

Frequently asked questions
How do you verify a Chinese supplier?
We check registries, court records, licences and export history within 1–2 working days. For a deeper check, we audit the factory on site and report within 48 hours of the visit.
What is AQL inspection?
AQL is a statistical sampling standard for checking a batch. We inspect at 20–50% of production (DUPRO) and at 80–100% readiness (PSI), then send photos and findings within 24–48 hours. Sampling reduces risk but does not eliminate it.
Who signs the contract with the factory?
You do. You remain the buyer, and the supply contract under PRC law is between you and the factory. EAY acts as your representative.
Do I have to pay suppliers through EAY?
No. If you pay yourself, there is no commission. If you use our legal entity in China for payments and export procedures, a commission of 2–3% of the FOB value applies, depending on your level.
